Join or Renew a Membership
Membership includes DCBA sponsored CLE seminars, such as the "Brown Bag" noon seminars presented by local bar members and guest speakers. Members also enjoy DCBA social events including the monthly social and Law Day.
Membership in the DCBA opens the door to participation in committees and groups such as Bench-Bar Committee, Law Library Committee, Young Lawyers Section, and Douglas County Women Attorneys.
Any person who is a member in good standing of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Kansas or of the highest court of any other state in the United States, or has officially taken retired or disabled status from the aforementioned Bars, or is currently enrolled in or has graduated in the past 12 months from an accredited Kansas law school; and who resides in or is employed in Douglas County, Kansas, is eligible for membership.
Annual dues are $75 beginning in January. Dues are not prorated for a partial year. When joining, be sure to provide an email address for official notices.
